Select the social platforms in which you feel most proficient

You have been handling the social media accounts for one of our clients, a well-established law firm specializing in family law. Over the past month, you've noticed a steady decline in engagement on the firm’s LinkedIn posts, which traditionally have served as a significant channel for client inquiries and referrals. Concurrently, a new law firm in the same specialization has gained traction by sharing eye-catching infographics and quick legal tips in video format, catering to a broader audience.

Given this situation, how would you revitalize the engagement on our client’s LinkedIn posts while ensuring the content remains professional, informative, and true to the firm’s reputation for expertise and reliability in family law? Please describe the steps you would take to analyze the drop in engagement, develop a content strategy, and implement modifications to enhance the law firm’s social media performance.

Thank you! We’ll be in touch.
