Jali Creatives Birthday Offer Terms

For a limited 24-hour period, eligible clients may reserve 41% off select Jali Creatives services by submitting the required intake form and paying the applicable reservation deposit using the promotional code provided.

Eligibility

  • Offer valid for new projects only

  • Offer applies only to the following eligible service categories:

    • Starter Website Package

    • Logo & Brand Starter Package

    • Select One-Off Graphic Design Projects

  • Offer is available only during the stated promotional window

  • Offer may not be combined with other discounts, credits, or previously issued proposals

 

Reservation Deposit

 

A reservation deposit is required to reserve this promotional offer. Reservation deposits are applied toward the final project total for eligible services. If the client chooses not to move forward after reserving the offer, the deposit is nonrefundable. If Jali Creatives declines the project after review or determines that the submitted project is not a fit for the promotion, the deposit will be refunded in full.

Scope Review

  • All projects are subject to scope review and approval by Jali Creatives

  • This offer applies to qualifying starter-level services only

  • If a submitted project exceeds the scope of the eligible offer, Jali Creatives may:

    • provide a revised custom quote

    • apply the birthday discount only to the eligible portion of the work

    • or decline the project if it is not a fit for the promotion

Booking + Finalization

  • Reservation of this offer does not constitute a fully executed service agreement

  • Projects are not officially scheduled or considered booked until:

    • scope is confirmed

    • the client receives and signs the project agreement

    • and any required next payment is received, if applicable

Timing

  • Reserved projects must begin within a reasonable timeline determined by Jali Creatives

  • If a client delays kickoff beyond the timeline communicated by Jali Creatives, the reserved promotional pricing may be subject to review

Non-Transferability

  • Offer is non-transferable and may only be used by the original purchaser/client
