We are looking for a qualified Client Relations Specialist to join our team. You will work on-site and remotely to handle Jali’s clients. Your duties will include on-boarding new clients, managing client projects, and interfacing with clients to review content calendars, project timelines, and handle sensitive client issues. 

Our ideal candidate has demonstrable organization, writing, task management, communication, and time management skills. As a Client Relations Specialist, you should perform well under deadlines and be detail-oriented. Experience with CRMs, Mailchimp, Adobe Suite, Hootsuite, Wix and Wordpress a plus.

This is a part-time position.



  • Draft contracts and welcome letters for new clients.

  • Manage client expectations and project timelines

    • Produce and distribute monthly content calendars 

    • Management of Hootsuite/Scheduling Tools 

    • Development of Content (graphic and written) 

  • Manage the info @ jali mailbox by interacting with clients, fielding questions, and scheduling meetings

  • Research and implement digital strategies and innovative solutions where needed 

  • Analytics Trackings

    • Development of strategies based on analytics and results 



  • Proven work experience as an assistant

  • Reliable transportation

  • Hands-on experience with Google Drive, MS Office, MS Outlook, and Slack

  • Hands-on experience with Hootsuite, major social media platforms (i.e. Facebook, Twitter, Instagram)

  • Basic technical knowledge of web publishing

  • Excellent writing skills in English

  • Attention to detail

  • Good organizational and time-management skills


Compensation + Time

  • $15 - $20/hour (depending on experience)

  • 10 hours per week

We are looking for a driven, creative Social Media Specialist to attract and interact with targeted virtual communities and network users for our clients. The goal is to gradually achieve superior online engagement, and website traffic, and ultimately boost brand awareness and customer revenue by strategically navigating a social media marketing roadmap. A qualified candidate should have a solid understanding of how each social media channel works and how to optimize content using brand storytelling so that it is engaging on those channels. 


Creativity is essential for this role, as you will be responsible for developing and executing social media campaigns that are both engaging and effective. The person in this role should be able to think outside the box and come up with new and innovative ways to promote client products and services on social media. The person in this role is responsible for developing content, joining relevant conversations on behalf of our clients' brands, and using content to build trust, and community, and promote ongoing initiatives.


  • Build and execute social media strategy through research, platform determination, benchmarking, messaging, and audience identification

  • Generate, edit, publish, and share creative content (original text, graphics, images, videos) that builds meaningful connections and encourages community members to take action

  • Set up and optimize company pages within each platform to increase the visibility of clients' social content

  • Moderate user-generated content in line with the moderation policy for each community

  • Create content calendars and interact with clients using Jali's collaborative editing processes and internal platforms

  • Continuously improve by capturing and analyzing the appropriate social data/metrics, insights, and best practices, and then acting on the information

  • Collaborate with other departments (customer relations, etc.) to manage reputation, identify key players, and coordinate actions

Skills & Experience 

  • Proven working experience in social media marketing or as a digital media specialist

  • Excellent consulting, writing, editing (photo/video/text), presentation and communication skills

  • Demonstrable social networking experience and social analytics tools knowledge

  • Knowledge of online marketing and a solid understanding of major marketing channels

  • Proficiency in Adobe (Creative Suite/Express), Canva, GSuite, 

  • Positive attitude, attention to detail and customer-oriented

  • Organizational ability

  • Fluency in English, and the ability to write clear, concise, and engaging copy in a variety of formats

  • BS in Communications, Marketing, Business, New Media, or Public Relations- a plus, not required


Compensation starts at $25/hour for 40 hours/month, with opportunities for growth based on performance
